ASKBANDHU TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and the consultation services provided through it.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ABOUT THE APP AND ITS PURPOSE

The App is a technology platform that connects users with independent experts or consultants only.

The consultations provided through the App are not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to:

  • Medical
  • Legal
  • Financial
  • Psychological or mental health

Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on consultations received through the App.

USER ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
  • By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or providing false details is strictly prohibited.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not share your account with any other person.
  • Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility.

BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS

  • Consultations can be booked through the App by selecting an available consultant and time slot.
  • Payments must be confirmed prior to any successful payment.
  • Users will receive a confirmation notification once the booking is completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds on cancellation

Rescheduling of sessions is only allowed in case our consultant doesnt join or any technical issue from our side.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All payments are processed securely through Payment Processors.
  • The App does not store your debit/credit card details or banking credentials.
  • No refunds are allowed, although rescheduling is allowed under the circumstances mentioned above.
  • Any payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

VIDEO AND AUDIO CALL RULES

  • Calls are conducted solely between the user and the selected consultant.
  • Users must not record any session without the consultants explicit consent.
  • Abusive, harassing, obscene, or inappropriate behaviour during consultations may result in immediate suspension of the account.
  • Call quality depends on the users internet connection and device performance. The platform is not responsible for disruptions caused by network issues or factors beyond our control.

CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Consultants available on the App are profit-based.
  • While we perform basic verification, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction, guidance, or consultation.
  • Users interact with consultants at their own discretion and risk.

FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

We take feedback very seriously. The App provides a provision to submit ratings and constructive feedback / reviews after each consultation.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users agree not to:

  • Create fake or duplicate accounts
  • Share login credentials with others
  • Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse consultants or other users
  • Record consultations without consent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
  • Misuse wallet balances, payment systems, or promotional offers

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Engages in abusive or illegal conduct
  • Attempts to exploit the platform or payment systems
In case of termination, any pending balances will be cancelled.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The App and its owners are not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from consultations.
  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from reliance on guidance.
  • We are not liable for technical failures, call drops, service downtime, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content: branding, design, text, graphics, and software in the App are the property of the company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via app notification or email (if registered).

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur.
